GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

The Organizing Committee of 8th World Congress of Veterinary Dermatology (WCVD8) will do its utmost to help speakers for their presentations and to facilitate their arrival and stay at the congress.

Please take a few minutes to read the following regarding the on-site organisation of the congress for the smooth running of the sessions.

PREVIEW ROOM

The speakers’ PREVIEW ROOM will be installed on the ground floor of the Congress Centre.

Opening hours: 

  • Tuesday May 31st, 2016 from 14:00 to 18:00
  • Wednesday June 1st, 2016 from 07:30 to 20:00
  • Thursday June 2nd, 2016 from 07:30 to 18:00
  • Friday June 3rd, 2016 from 07:30 to 18:00
  • Saturday June 4th, 2016 from 07:30 to 17:00

Its role on site will be to manage the following:

  • Coordinate and ensure the overall smooth running of the congress sessions
  • Follow the general schedule of the sessions
  • Assist participants for any requests they may have onsite

All speakers and presenters have to go the preview room to deposit theirpresentation file.

For the smooth running of the congress, speakers are kindly requested to deposit their file as far in advance as possible and ONE hour BEFORE the beginning of each session AT THE LATEST. (The presentation for an early morning session should be given to the personnel the evening before).

DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST:

Speakers are requested to share their disclosure of interest at the beginning of their presentation.
  • Grant/Research Support: List all companies or state NONE
  • Consultant:  List all companies or state NONE
  • Major Shareholder: List all companies or state NONE. 
  • Other Support: List all companies or state NONE.
