Access to all Congress activities is subject to registration.

Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees and a larger selection of hotels. Read the registration and payment conditions carefully before registering online.

    accompanied by the payment.

Upon receipt of your registration and after payment clearance, the Congress Office will email you an electronic invoice summarizing all registration and accommodation details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amounts.

Registration requests or changes by phone will not be processed.

Royal Canin is once again kindly sponsoring the Free Registration of 20 young veterinarians (younger than 35 years and not board certified) for this congress. 


There will be a maximum of 3 young veterinarians selected per country of origin. A deposit of 150 euros is requested to apply for Royal Canin sponsorship. It will be reimbursed onsite to the selected Young Vets. If you are not selected in the group of free registrations, you will be notified before 30 January 2016 so you will still be eligible for the early registration fee. The 150 euros deposit will be credited against your total registration fees or will be refunded if you prefer.

CONGRESS PUBLICATIONS

 

1.  The e-book, Advances in Veterinary Dermatology will be free to access within 1 year post congress at the Wiley Blackwell on-line library, with a link from the Veterinary Dermatology website

2. The abstract issue in hard copy will only be available to delegates at the meeting - but will be available for free at the Wiley Blackwell online library.

3. The CE Proceedings will only be available to congress participants. The Congress is not in a position to mail these.

 


ADDITIONAL PROGRAMME REGISTRATION (LABS)


Wetlabs are designed to provide a hands-on and interactive experience between the attendees and world class experts. They will be offered on various subjects including dermatoscopy, cytology (two levels, with the advanced level including challenging neoplasias) and dermatopathology. The dermatopathology wetlabs are run by the ISVD and encompass two levels of difficulty; the advanced level is recommended for those with a detailed knowledge of dermatopathology.

  • Optional events, not included in full congress registration or single day registration fees

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing to registration@vetdermbordeaux.com

Cancellations will be handled according to the following conditions and reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress:

Up to 1st April 2016: 100 Euros will be withheld for administrative fee
After 1st April 2016: no refund
